📦 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your copy of Little Bites of Urdu, but if something’s off—like the book arrives damaged or you got the wrong item—reach out and we’ll sort it out.
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to get in touch. The book needs to be unused and in the same condition it came in, ideally still in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation handy.
To start a return:
Email me at faiz.zuberi@gmail.com and we’ll take it from there. Don’t send anything back without reaching out first—we won’t be able to accept it that way.
If your return is approved, I’ll send you a return label and instructions on where to ship it. Once it gets back to us and looks good, we’ll process your refund. That usually takes around 10 business days, depending on your bank.
📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book shows up damaged or you received the wrong item, email us as soon as you can—with a photo if possible—so we can make it right.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
We don’t accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Anything that’s been used or not in its original condition
